You know what's
not working.
This is where you find a career you can thrive in.
Stuck is not a personality trait. It's a few unanswered questions, stacked up for too long. Four weeks, in the right order, and you'll have answered them.
Sound familiar?
You know your week, your team, your commute, down to the last detail you'd change. You could list it all without thinking.
But ask what you actually want instead, and it gets quiet.
That's not a flaw. It's just an unfinished thought.
Most people spend years circling the same "is it time to make a change?" conversation, because nobody ever taught them how to answer it properly. This course exists to finish that thought. Take stock, design the life you actually want, weigh your real options, and decide. In that order, because any other order is why people stay stuck.
The outcome
You leave with a doable, confident 90-day action plan, built on a decision you can finally stand behind.
Not a vision board. Not vague intentions. A decision, stay, go, or build, with specific actions, real deadlines, and accountability. Clarity without action is useless, so this course refuses to end without both.
How it works
Four weeks, in the only order that works
Take Stock
Where am I, actually?
Most people have never honestly audited their current reality. This week you do: an energy audit, a skills inventory, what you are avoiding, and what you secretly want but have not said out loud.
A clear picture of where you really areDesign the Life First
What do I want my life to look like?
This is where most career advice fails. It starts with work. You start with life. How much money do you actually need? What lifestyle do you want? What are you willing to sacrifice, and what is non-negotiable?
Your personal success criteriaStay, Go, or Build?
What are my real options?
Not fantasy options. Real ones, scored against the criteria you just defined. Can your current role be fixed? Is there a role you would genuinely enjoy more? And the big one: do you actually want entrepreneurship, or do you just want freedom? Important distinction.
Your options, honestly evaluatedDecision & Action
So what now?
The entire course builds to this. You make the call, stay, go, build, or a combination, and turn it into a 90-day plan with specific actions, deadlines, and accountability. No more spiralling.
Your decision and your 90-day planOne of three doors
Every career crossroads comes down to one of these. The course does not choose for you. It makes you the kind of person who can choose, and mean it.

Who this is for
This is for you if
- You're mid-career and stuck, and it's started costing you energy outside of work too
- You keep circling the same "should I make a change?" conversation without ever landing it
- You know something needs to shift, but can't yet name what
- You want structure and a real plan, not another inspirational podcast
This is not for you if
- You want someone to hand you the answer. The course builds your answer, it does not assign one
- You are looking for CV templates and interview hacks. That is a different problem
- You will not do the workbooks. The thinking is the product
Meet Demi
I am not teaching theory. I am teaching the map I just walked.
A year ago, I was an Engagement Manager at a consulting firm: good at my job, well regarded, and quietly certain it was not the life I wanted. I did exactly what this course teaches. I took honest stock, defined what I wanted my life to look like first, weighed staying, going, and building, and made a decision I could stand behind.
I am a UCT-certified Executive and Management Coach with over 5 years of experience across consulting, business development, and performance coaching. I've worked with founders, professionals, and leadership teams to navigate growth, career progression, and business transformation.
Over the years, I've helped more than 50 businesses improve performance and scale sustainably, coached professionals into promotions, supported a side hustle's transition into a full-time business, helped leaders develop strategic roadmaps for growth, and worked with large South African retailers on multi-year transformation and capability strategies.
The common thread in all of that work is this: people rarely lack potential. What they lack is clarity. Clarity about what they want, what they're good at, and what decision they need to make next.
I know what feeling stuck looks like from the inside. More importantly, I know the questions, frameworks, and decisions that help people move forward with clarity and confidence.

Questions
Asked and answered
How much time does it take each week?
Plan for two to three focused hours per week: one short video, one workbook, and thinking time. It is deliberately designed for people with full-time jobs, because that is exactly who needs it.
What if I get to the end and still cannot decide?
The course is built so that the decision emerges from the work, not from willpower. By week four you will have your reality, your criteria, and your options on paper in front of you. Most "I can't decide" is actually "I haven't defined what I'm deciding between." That is what weeks one to three exist to fix.
Is this only for people who want to quit their jobs?
No, and that is the point. Stay is a legitimate outcome, and for many people it is the right one, once the role is renegotiated around what they actually want. The course treats staying, going, and building as equally valid doors.
When do I get access?
Immediately after purchase. The course is self-paced, so your week one starts the day you do.
Can I add a coaching call later?
Yes. The 1:1 call works as an enquiry rather than an instant checkout, fill in a short form any time, before you start, mid-course, or after you finish, and I'll personally get back to you to set it up.
Whenever you're reading this
The question is the same either way.
Are you going to keep circling it, or spend four weeks actually answering it? There's no deadline pushing you here, just the cost of staying exactly where you are a little longer.
