Where am I, actually?
Most career advice rushes you to the answer. This course refuses to, because a decision made from a foggy starting point is just a guess in a nicer outfit.
So week one has one job. We take an honest inventory of where you are right now. Your energy, your skills, the things you are avoiding, and the things you secretly want. No fixing yet. No deciding yet. Just the truth, on paper, where you can finally see it.
Before you can move toward something, you have to know exactly where you are standing.
Work through the four exercises in order. Do them by hand if you can. Handwriting slows your thinking down just enough to be honest. Watch the video first, then open the workbook.

What's in this week
-
01
The Energy Audit
Map your weekly tasks: what gives you energy, what drains it, and what's neutral. The plus column is the clue most people ignore.
-
02
The Skills Inventory
Separate what you're good at from what you enjoy. They're not the same, and the gap between them explains a lot.
-
03
What Am I Avoiding?
The thing you already know but haven't let yourself look at. It's costing you energy every day to keep not-seeing it.
-
04
What Do I Secretly Want?
The want you've filed under "unrealistic." Write it down. You can't move toward something you refuse to name.
